What I do
I design and build three closely related things: purpose-built software for organizations whose processes do not fit off-the-shelf tools, custom AI assistants trained on a business's own knowledge, and the training that helps teams actually use both.
They share a premise. Most organizations already know how to do their work well. What they lack is a way to make that knowledge consistently available — to their team, to their clients, at the moment it is needed.

How I work
Every engagement starts the same way: understanding how an organization actually works before recommending any technology. That sounds obvious and is frequently skipped, which is why so much business software goes unused.
From there the principle is consistency. Solutions are designed around your workflows, your knowledge, and your goals — then handed over in a state your team can genuinely own.
Rosewood Systems
Rosewood Systems is the practice I run from Toronto, Canada, operating as Rosewood Software Systems Inc.. It serves organizations across Canada and beyond.
The name reflects the approach: rosewood is a material chosen for instruments and fine work — dense, durable, and worth the care it takes to shape. [Optional: replace with the real story behind the name if there is one. A genuine origin beats a constructed metaphor.]
